How many people are the Celebrations created for?
Celebrations may be purchased in packages of 8 or 12 with your ability to add on by increments of 8 or 12 for as many guests as you would like; Keep in mind that for large parties it might be easier to contact your local party rental store or caterer.

Will I always be able to purchase a specific Celebration?
No. All Celebrations are designed to be limited edition and seasonal with some celebrations being so limited that there are only 5 of them created. That being said, some of Royal Tart’s signature Celebrations may be available for several months. If you see a Celebration you like buy it now it might not be available next you logon.

Do you only sell Celebration packages?
No. In addition to our pre-packed Celebrations, we offer a variety of items sold separately in our A La carte Section or on the Celebration Theme pages. Many of the A La Carte items match or coordinate with the celebrations. However, not all element items in our Celebrations are available A La Carte.

We use United States Post Office (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS Packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.

Do you recycle?
Absolutely. We believe it is not only important but imperative to recycle, reuse and reduce. In fact, recycling and reusing are part of our company goals: Royal Tart designs every Celebration with products that can be reused often as we typically design using ceramic, glass and cloth all of which can be washed and used multiple times. Additionally, we reuse packing material and boxes. In fact you will probably have recycled packing materials in your box when it arrives at your door. The recycled packing might not be as pretty as new packing but it is much better for our environment and let’s face it—we don’t really care if our packing materials are pretty as long as our stuff gets to us unbroken.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Our standard shipping and handling charges are based on each Celebration and your merchandise total. There are additional charges for 2-Day shipping options.

When should I expect to receive my Celebration?
The time to process and ship the order is included within each guaranteed time frame. All delivery time frames are for the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse(s) on business days only, which are Monday through Friday. We do not provide Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
Standard - Delivered within 10 business days
2-Day - Delivered within 3 business days
Overnight - Delivered within 2 business days
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We will ship to APO/FPO addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS).

How can I ensure that I receive the discount or special offer I have?
You may have received a keycode through an e-mail promotion, direct mail promotion, other promotion or a gift certificate. When the keycode is entered into the Promotional Keycode box during checkout, a discount or discounted shipping rate will be applied to your order, if that's what the promotion indicates. You must enter the keycode exactly as it appears.

Why didn't the promotional code work on my Web order?
All promotional codes have certain requirements that must be met. When you receive a promotional code, the criteria for the offer will be located at the bottom of the promotion. If your order meets the criteria of the offer and the discount wasn't applied, verify that the promotional code was entered correctly. What's your return policy?
Every purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item for a refund within 14 days from the time you received your order. Please follow the return steps the invoice that was included in your shipment. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Any returns received used, with missing items, or without the original packaging or garment tag will not be credited. Please double-check that you have included all of the pieces and packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse. Be advised that there may be a 15% restocking fee for returned items.
You may return your package to us using the mail carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number for your security. Once your return has been received, allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow two billings cycles for your credit card refund to post to your account.
Non-Returnable Items: DVDs, CDs and other personal property items such as cosmetics must be returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed package. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are incorrect due to manufacturer error.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges by mail. You must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item could possibly be out of stock at the time we receive your return. To order a replacement item, please call our Customer Service Department at CustomerService@RoyalTart.com.

Why do my products look different than on the web?
Possibly for 2 reasons: 1) the web is only 2-dimensional and some products look different, though our photography and lighting is exacted to provide the best color and dimensional match possible; and 2) Celebration elements are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will reflect any changes to the Celebrations in the web site descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding.
