John Adams begins a love letter to Abigail Smith in April of 1763 with the words, “Love sweetens Life…” Today that sentiment is often expressed with the words, “Live, Love, Laugh.” Royal Tart’s Sabrina Celebration is the perfect marriage (pun intended) of the 1700’s and the 2000’s. We have used romantic silhouettes and a innocent pink color scheme with touches of sophisticated & modern black to bring your traditional bridal luncheon into modern day.
The Celebration is at once elegant and gracious: The faux (no one will know unless you tell them) rose kissing ball bathes the celebration in softness while the unfussy “Live, Love, Laugh” keepsake box centerpiece anchors the table. Royal Tart has not only set the scene but also included all of the charming details such as the placecard holders which harken back to the Victorian times with their daintily scrolled frames; the party favors are Love Mints printed with John Adam’s “Love Letter”, a single pink rose and the word “Love” in a dainty mesh bag; the napkin rings and invitations are designed exclusively for this Celebration by Royal Tart.
The sheer pink table runner is extra long and wide so that you can use it on a buffet, flat on your table or gathered in gracious pink clouds on your tabletop. The pink cloth napkins coordinate beautifully with the table top decorations. The luncheon plates are black with four assorted silhouettes and rimmed with raised ceramic pearls. For the final touch (remember no detail is to small) Royal Tart has included a flower & ribbon wristlet for the blushing bride to wear during her fairytale bridal shower.
The keepsake box would be lovely filled with flowers for the shower and then gifted to the bride so that she may treasure her memories forever. Another lovely idea is to present the bride with the Celebration as part of her wedding trousseau; while many of us no longer practice the bridal trousseau it is such a lovely way to honor the bride while incorporating the bridal shower theme.
